In Thursday's edition of the Messenger&Inquirer it was reported that the Beshear administration was responsible for the historical appropriation of 1.28 billion dollars to the State pension systems, nothing could be further from the truth. This record appropriation, through the efforts of myself and others, was done under Governor Bevins' watch in the 2016 budget.
